Yet again super pleased with A-Plus. They always answered my questions very quickly. I needed an item that was in stock in order to receive by Christmas and they were prompt with giving me a few choices. I placed an order on the Friday & it arrived the next Thursday & this was over the holidays! I placed another order the following week & it came just as quickly. All the items were exactly what I ordered. I've just placed my 3rd order in the past month & I know it will be just as good. This company is by far the best one we have ever dealt with for KPOP merch. Friendly, helpful & courteous staff, user friendly website, great prices, merch exactly as you ordered - what more could you ask for?

It was my first time ordering from the store. I loved that I received an order confirmation and then a tracking number so I could track where my package was. When I had a question, I reached out to the store on Facebook and had an answer the same day, which was great. I received my jacket yesterday and it was exactly what I wanted. It fits well and the material is comfortable and it's exactly like in the picture. I'm very satisfied and will certainly order again eventually.

One again very pleased with our order. Our order arrived faster than expected as it was not in stock and had to come from Asia. Both sweaters were sized properly according to the advertised size charts & fit great. Thanks again for another great experience. A-Plus is definitely our most recomended source for Anime & K-Pop merch

Hi I received my order! I am pleased with it, other than the tshirt. I thought the sizing would have been in unisex/mens, the tshirt appears to be a youth or women's XL. I had ordered this for my brother for his birthday, and I opened it and it clearly was not going to fit him. I did appreciate the Infinite pin included in the package it was a nice addition, thank you. Overall I am happy with the service and I will order again. I am just disappointed with the sizing for the tshirt.

A-Plus Montreal quickly answered many questions before we placed an order. Our order came within 3 days! Very fast shipping for in stock & the things they need to order in still come faster than most. Prices are very competitive & knowing I'm supporting a Canadian business is the icing on the cake. We are very happy with the light stick we ordered & have already placed another order. Very happy with this company
